Care Support Worker – Assisted Living (Netherton, Sefton – Liverpool)
Hours: 30–35 hours per week
Shifts: 11-hour day & night shifts (rota basis)
Includes: Alternate weekends

What You Will Do
- Provide high-quality personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, always maintaining dignity and respect
- Support residents with daily living tasks such as meals, medication prompts, and light household duties
- Deliver compassionate companionship, helping reduce loneliness and maintain wellbeing
- Carry out regular wellbeing checks to ensure residents remain safe and comfortable
- Work within an assisted living setting where residents are independent but require tailored support
- Follow all care plans, safeguarding, and health & safety procedures
- Contribute positively to a supportive and professional team environment
What We Are Looking For
- Experience essential: Previous experience working with elderly individuals, particularly those living with dementia and other health conditions
- Flexible availability: Able to work 11-hour shifts across both days and nights, including alternate weekends
- Compassionate nature: Patient, understanding, and committed to delivering person-centred care
- Strong communication skills: Able to build trust with residents and provide reassurance
- Team player: Reliable and supportive of colleagues in a fast-paced environment
- Local candidates preferred: Applicants should live within or near Netherton/Sefton (especially important for non-drivers)
- Willingness to complete required background checks
