Extra Care Worker – Supported Living Facility

Shifts Available: Flexible Zero Hour Contract / Full-Time and Part-Time Available (including night shifts)
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour

What You Will Do:

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support daily living tasks such as meal prep, medication prompts, and housekeeping
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Conduct regular wellbeing checks
• Follow company policies and care standards
• Contribute to continuous service improvement

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience in an assisted living or similar care setting is preferred
• Local Applicants: Applicants must live locally if they do not drive, due to the nature of the role and shift requirements
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and night shifts
• Positive Attitude: Compassionate, friendly, and committed to supporting others
• Communication Skills: Able to communicate effectively with residents and families
• Team Player: Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Diligence: High standards of care and professionalism
• Background Checks: Willingness to complete necessary checks
