The Role

As a Home Care Assistant, you will be working across the Birkenhead area, supporting clients in their homes by:

• Providing personal care with dignity and respect
• Assisting with daily tasks (meals, medication prompts, housekeeping)
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Carrying out wellbeing and safety checks
• Following care plans and company standards

What We’re Looking For

• Previous care experience is desirable, but not essential
• A caring, reliable, and professional attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends
• Willingness to undergo background checks
• 🚗 Full UK driving licence & own vehicle required
• ✔ Business insurance (or willingness to obtain)
