The Role

As a Home Care Assistant, you will:

• Deliver personal care with dignity and respect
• Support daily tasks such as meals, medication reminders, and housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional reassurance
• Carry out regular wellbeing checks
• Follow care plans and company procedures
• Work as part of a supportive care team

What We’re Looking For

• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential
• Caring, reliable and positive attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible approach to shifts (including weekends)
• Willingness to complete background checks
• 🚗 Full UK driving licence & own vehicle required
• ✔ Class 1 Business Insurance (or willing to obtain)
